The purpose of the organization is to provide access to educational and job skills training for underserved populations that will prepare them to enter the work force and provide opportunities for people in underserved communities. It is also our mission to mentor underserved youth by:
Providing access to lifelong mentors
Placing an emphasis on academic excellence
Encouraging the development of a good self-image
Stressing career development
Leading the way in community based education.
Our programs are designed to introduce youth to helpful job skills and trades that can be impactful to their families and their communities. We work with local businesses and government to identify what areas and communities would benefit the most from our programs, and work with those entities and other volunteers to provide the training and mentorship necessary. We believe these programs will be the catalyst for economic growth in several communities and provide long term jobs for the people living in the community.
